Q & A for Quartz Angels:
We will send you an email when your quartz Angel ships. If you did not get an email from us, there may be several reasons:
  • The item(s) you purchased is on backorder.
  • You may have entered your email address incorrectly on the order form.
  • Please email orders@angelonitsway.com for questions about your shipment.

Quartz Shipping Questions:
When will my quartz Angel be delivered?   
  • Your Angel will be delivered within 48 hours of being ordered (Monday- Saturday).  We use 2-3 day shipping using the USPS.
  • The most common shipping delay result from errors in shipping address. 
  • If it's incorrect, please contact us immediately at: orders@angelonitsway.com 
  • How will I know it was delivered?  We will email you a tracking number so you can always see where the Angel is, and when it arrives.
  • How much does shipping cost?   It's always free in the USA.  Please contact us for shipping outside the USA
 
Quartz Angel -Refund/Exchanges:  
  • We do our best to make sure your angel is packed safely. Sometimes accidents happen while in transit.  
  • We will exchange an Angel, only if it arrives broken. There are no refunds. Please attach photos of the broken Angel and email them to:

Quartz color varies and no two are alike.  Please note that colors may look different depending on your monitor and settings. The stones are natural so allow for imperfections which may include growth marks, surface scratches, and/or damage.  Measurements are taken from the largest parts of the stones and are approximate.
